I started using Chris as a Personal Training after suffering a running injury. It was clear I would need to take up another sport and so I started swimming for the first time. To help me, Chris put together a tailored fitness programme that helped me regain (and even improve) my cardiovascular fitness level and to build the upper body strength I needed to help me swim competitively. Even more importantly, Chris's absolute professionalism and enthusiasm has meant I have never really looked back since.

I was going to my gym regularly and had been for nearly three years but I'd hit a wall in terms of motivation and progress. I knew of Chris through the Gym and started to train with him. He created loads of really interesting routines including circuit training and pushed me to achieve my best. He also introduced me to training out in the park and countryside.

Chris's training is of the highest quality and I am stronger and fitter than I thought I ever could be again. Do not try and fake it though, he takes no prisoners!!!!!! I am not sure how he does this but he never gives up on me and instills a certain confidence that I can train harder and longer than I think I can. Not sure what it is he has, but it's amazing.
